Seen HIM? East Hempfield Police Seek Accused Repeat Lowes Thief

A local man who may enjoy welding had a second warrant for his arrest issued by police after stealing from Lowes a second time, authorities said.

The first warrant for Kenny Cruz-Miranda, 25 of the 130 block of Locust Street in Lancaster, was issued on April 14 for stealing a Craftsman Generator and welding helmet from the Lowes located at 25 Rohrerstown Road on April 12, police said.

The second warrant was issued April 27 for a theft for a total value of $369 at a different Lowe's located at 1175 Carlisle Road on April 22.

Both warrants are for misdemeanor retail theft.
